Hope Naca one of the CRS is not the owner otherwise this place would go out of business. She has such a bad attitude and it is rude. Lack of professionalism representing this beautiful place. While I was waiting for my food I went to get a cup of water from the jar on the side table and noticed it was empty. I approached that lady and told her that is wan not water and she responded to me very aggressive saying something like she was busy and that o have to wait. I was not giving her an order, I was just letting her know because lot of customer were looking for water. Then I approached the manager I believed her name Nico and explained the whole to her and as I was leaving, they both were kind of laughing I don’t think that is the business philosophy you guys offer and practice and Naca should be more professional and provide a better customer service
