  I had a very disappointing experience at this Pura Vida’s location. The manager, Rami, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and treated me with disrespect when I simply asked for help. I’ve never been spoken to like that in a restaurant before. His attitude completely ruined my experience and left me feeling very uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides better customer service in the future.

  My wife and I went there here for a late breakfast the other day after a couple hour bike ride and the food and service were awesome. I love their all day breakfast idea. It was early afternoon by the time we finished our ride, but I was totally in the mood for breakfast food! I had the Perfect Egg Sandwich and the Welcome to Miami Smoothie. They were both delicious! Isa, who brought us our food, was great! She kept coming to our table to see how we were doing, see if we needed anything else, more than happy to get us water or extra napkins, containers, etc. She was terrific. Great personality, sweet, friendly, professional, and just added a lot of value to our experience there overall. I can’t recall the name of the young lady who took our order inside, but she was also great very patient and helping me to decide on the different breakfast and movie options they had. I am very happy with her recommendations and with this place overall. Looking forward to going back frequently.

  WOW!!! I had lunch here with a few friends, and the experience was absolutely exceptional! This is definitely the best Pura Vida location I’ve been to so far. The General Manager, Rami, made the experience even better, and Chef William went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations and allergy needs were perfectly handled. The presentation of the plates was amazing — everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. What an incredible place — and even better, what a great team!

  Creo que es un lugar espectacular,estube allí y la experiencia fue super agradable,se lo recomiendo a todas las personas,que vayan a visitarlos unos sandwiches, ufff riquisimos y el trato de los empleados muy lindos en especial una chica llamada isa,muy dulce y amable Felicidades por ese restaurante tan maravilloso que te dejan con deseos de volver
