The service was qualitative, thanks for the cashier Yora that she explained me the menu and gave me good and client focused experience at Pura vida. - CRColleen RRSep 12, 20252.0The food we received was actually not good. It was a to go order. The salad wasn’t fresh and they claimed it was roasted salmon in a wrap but it was raw. Also asked for the wrap to have no mayo as we have an allergy and they did it anyway. Almost the entire thing expensive order was put into the trash. The coffee was good and the atmosphere of the place is very nice. That’s the best compliment I can give. No returned called when I attempted to let them know about the food. Update: They actually replied to my review. Offered a $75 gift card. Went back to the restaurant and used the gift card the salad while pricy was much better. They discontinued the coffee I would normally get but the environment was much more friendly this time around. Could have been because they knew the gift card was issued in their error the first time. If you want to have a nice salad in a very pretty environment and have some money to spend i recommend it.
