The experience begins when walking in you are greeted by a delightful fragrance. Then the environment, service, and food were all excellent. Didn't get a chance to checkout the in-house Gelato section but we will be back here. Passing 3 others locations to come here, special vibe.

This is the newest Pura Vida opened in Miami. It is by far the biggest one I have been to. However, today, it was pretty dirty. The tables and floors are not cleaned frequently and it was very disappointing for a high-end cafe. I saw many customers wiping down seats and tables. Bizarre.
I’ve always been a fan of Pura Vida in all locations especially the Coconut Grove. Last two times I’ve been the cashier girl at the front named Anna has been completely disrespectful. Giving attitude, horrible tone of voice, threatening to get the manager when all I asked for them to do was add water to my drink and most of all rolling of the eyes. And even had other customers have conversations with me about her and her service. I would be embarrassed to have her as an employee representing my restaurant. Would love to see an improvement in staff. Hopefully Good vibes!
The party's over at pura vida way too soon. Prices keep going up and the food quality keeps going down. Today's $30 salad was mostly mature, stiff Kale that has no place in polite society unless you're doing an aggressive cleanse. But hey, it's cheap for them to buy, easy to keep "fresh" (cuz it's basically a tree...), and as long as people will pay absurd prices for it, they'll keep selling it. The "extra quinoa" I paid extra dollars for arrived in a tiny 2 oz plastic cup. Yesterday my baked sweet potato was so unwashed that the skin was crunchy with dirt, and the chicken was dry and flavorless. But hey, as long as the money's rolling in... it's going to stay this way. Not a winning strategy over the long term but in today's Grove very few businesses care about the long term anyway. Disappointing because this place has great real estate, a decent menu, and a captive audience. Launch went well but now they seem to be in full greed mode. Not to late to turn it around! People need to speak up.
