  Not good return policy. Can’t get refund on any products. I have a leash I bought and never used. Would not return money.

  Beautiful establishment, kept clean and their puppies are treated with love and kindness. The ladies are very knowledgeable about the puppies and their history. I would always recommend 10:10! Keep up the good work, puppy world!

  Puppyworld is such a fantastic pet store with an amazing staff. They worked with me to help me find the best puppy for my family and would response to text message questions I had during the process. They even allowed me to keep the puppy at the store for some time so I could bring him home to surprise my family. I couldn't recommend a better place to buy a puppy!

  The environment at Puppy World is truly amazing. The store is super clean, organized and has a wide variety of items for purchase. The puppies are clean, care for and taken out a few times a day for exercise and playtime. Staff Kelly is kind and went out of her way to help us. We went there to buy dog toys. We purchased our puppy Bella 13 years ago from here. Today we purchased a puppy Aussie Poo. Here name is Maya. We will be back again for other dog & puppy items. This is the number one place to add a new family member to your home.
