They seem to genuinely care about each dog that comes through their doors. I love getting to check in on Lucy throughout the day on the cameras they have. The monthly free puppy play date is such a wonderful way for puppies to socialize and burn off energy. Prices are great, and I love that they offer package options too. Every single person that we have interacted with since Day 1 has been so kind, outgoing, and friendly! Leaving a new puppy can be rather overwhelming, but they have made him (and me) feel so at ease every step of the way! He was very shy and timid at first but now he runs in to play. The (free) puppy classes offer a great way to try it all out. The grooming is also very convenient to have it done during the day. I absolutely love the professional photos they post on social media and I am always using them to share with family and friends (and everyone asks me if we have our own photographer)! Thank you ALL for always taking such great care of our little goofball man, Lloyd! :)

What vaccinations does my dog need?
To keep our resort a safe and healthy place for dogs, we require vaccinations for rabies, distemper combo, Bordetella, and canine influenza.
Are reservations required for boarding?
In order to keep our facility one of the safest in the area, we depend on having the right level of staffing for the number of dogs every day. For this reason, we do require reservations for overnight boarding.
Can I tour the facility?
We’d love to show you our resort! Please give us a call to schedule your tour.
I have multiple dogs, can they stay together?
Doggie siblings are welcome to lodge together in our large accommodations. Give us a call to get your fur family’s stay started.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
Puppy Haven can accommodate pets with many kinds of special needs, though we aren’t able to take diabetic pets. Please call us to discuss how we can accommodate your pet.
My pet takes medication. Can you administer medication to pets?
Yes, we’re able to administer many oral and topical medications for a small fee. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clearly written instructions. We also do offer a special TLC Package designed for older and special needs pets which includes unlimited medication administration.
