Walked in and was immediately greeted warmly. Was shown to where the puppies were and allowed to examine without hassles. After seeing about 30 puppies, was offered to handle several, one at a time, but not after washing our hands before and between each. The staff was polite, informed, and responsive to inquiries. My heart was torn between several but settled on a little Shih Tzu with AKC certification. Had a great experience all around and will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

We got our dog bandit here; they were really amazing in the process of helping us find the perfect dog and they included 4 free dog classes that were really helpful there staff are super sweet I recommend going there to play and find your Dream dog there puppies come from reputable breeders. The adoption process was super easy and they offer hassle free financing. We love Sheila and if you have any questions about your puppy she will always be there to answer.

What a wonderful experience. This business is beautiful. Warm friendly environment and staff. With the cutest puppies. I looked at some of the other reviews and I was surprised to see such negativity. I guess there’s just miserable people out there you can’t make happy. Don’t take there word for it. Go in and see for yourself. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I never thought I’d buy a puppy on my own and there I was. Everyone was so kind, and Sheila was so welcoming! She helped me so much and found me the perfect puppy. Couldn’t be more grateful.

I brought my kids here for the first time because we were excited about the idea of “free cuddles” with the dogs. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing because of one of the employees. At first, she explained the process (washing hands, taking off shoes, etc.) and was polite. But when I tried to ask about a dog, she suddenly became very passive aggressive, speaking down to me as if I were a child. She told me the dog’s spot was already taken and that I’d have to wait, even though she never mentioned that information earlier. When I pointed this out, she doubled down with the same passive tone, then added, “We’re the only ones who do this in the state.” It got worse. While we waited, the phone rang off the hook and she answered in an incredibly rude, loud manner. In front of everyone, she raised her voice at the caller (who seemed to be a woman trying to arrange a dog pickup). She even said out loud, “I have 1,2,3,4 people looking at me right now.” It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Then I witnessed a dog bite and pull on a little girl’s hair, which made the child cry. Instead of handling the situation gently, this employee blamed the child, saying: “If you act scared, she’ll only do it more.” I was shocked. Blaming a child for being afraid when an animal hurts them is completely unacceptable. All while on the phone too. After the call, my son politely asked if it was our turn yet, and her response shocked me: “Hun, you gotta be patient, we are also trying to sell these dogs so that we can stay in business.” That’s no way to speak to a child, especially when this was supposed to be a fun, family-friendly experience. The only positive was the other employee who stepped in afterward. She was kind, gentle, and made the effort to check if the room was available for us. She treated us and my son with respect, and we really appreciated her. Overall, the first employee completely ruined what should have been a sweet and uplifting visit. I left feeling upset and unwelcome. This was supposed to be Sunday family day full of love and light, but instead we were made to feel like a burden.
