  Order the enchilada plate waited 30 mins the first time, my friend got her plate then after 30 mins waiting for the other half of the order finally got the enchilada plate, the enchiladas were cold with cold ground beef. They remade the plate after another 30 mins waiting the meat in the enchiladas were still cold! It's disappointing when you waited an hour for just cold meat in your enchiladas.

  This is a reliably good spot for lunch. They have a wide menu of Mexican and TexMex dishes. The quality is pretty good. I really like variety of fajitas combinations. The servers are friendly and visit often to check on you. It's a big place with lots of seating options. Also good for sports watching. My family always enjoys our visits here.

  Great authentic Mexican food. Service was good, but a little slow for not having many patrons in the restaurant yet.

  The food, atmosphere & service is AMAZING!! BEST MEXICAN FOOD EVER!! ASK FOR "COWBOY" TO BE YOUR SERVER!! HE IS THE BEST!! VERY ENTERTAINING!!

  I've been going to Pueblo Viejo in Livingston for years, and it never disappoints. The food is always great, the service is fast and friendly, and there's plenty of parking, which is a huge plus when I’m driving my work truck and trailer. Whether it's lunch, dinner, or just stopping in for a quick bite, the experience is always top-notch. It's one of my go-to spots in town and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food and a welcoming atmosphere.
