Steve and Scott have been helping me with my HVAC system for years. The most trustworthy guys I've hired for any home repair or service. He's helped most of my neighborhood as well. Highly recommended.

Puckett replaced my nearly 36 year old HVAC. They only sold me what I needed...no upselling or pressure. They were professional and knowledgable at a competitive price! 2 years later, my unit is still working like a charm.

Steve and his team are the absolute best. Our A/C went out and he responded quickly, fixed it and didn’t try to upsell us.
He has our business for life!

Very happy with the work that Steven and Scott did to change out our 13-year HVAC system! We are first-time homeowners and discovered that the townhouse we moved into had all original equipment, with the HVAC system almost at the end of its life.
We got many quotes and Puckett Heating & Air gave us really competitive pricing. Before scheduling our appointment for the system swap, our A/C crapped out and Steven came out and discovered the problem quickly and helped us get back on. Even with everything working again, we knew it was a matter of time before the whole thing fully died, so we bit the bullet and scheduled our service appointment.
Steven came with Scott and they worked very hard to finish our system. The whole thing took about 10 hours, probably likely due to the terrible original wiring (which we were informed about by another HVAC technician who came in the winter when our heat was barely keeping our home in the mid-60s). We're so thankful for the work they did and we highly recommend their services. Apparently they also have expertise in water heaters, so we'll have them change out ours when the weather cools down (since they're booked with all the A/C requests).
