    I am so impressed! I called for new service and was contacted by a technician within an hour for same day installation. Storm, the technician was on time, courteous, and professional. The install was completed in record time, and I couldn't be happier!

    What a great change from our previous service of almost 20 years. I so wish I had switched when I was informed of this new service. All staff, including initial trench diggers, were knowledgeable and accommodating. The speed at which we stream and download files is an incredible positive change. Looking forward to a long relationship with Public Service in Forsyth.

    Amazing customer service! I recently had internet outage (our fault due to yard work), and installers/engineers came quickly, fixed the problem, and did great work. Blake and the guys that came out couldn’t have been nicer! Couldn’t be happier with internet service and repair folks. A+++ experience

    Anytime I have ever had any internet issues (not many, and some caused by me) they have always been here to support me. One employee that I want to call out by name is Storm. He has been to my house a few times now and when he does I always know that he is going to get to the bottom of the issue and have it resolved before he leaves. Storm has the customer care that years ago was the norm, but has left in the past 10 or so years. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable about his job. He is the kind of employee that companies would give anything to have representing their company. I know that if I have any issues I can call or text him and he will get me taken care of. I have given his name and number to a couple of other Forsyth Cablenet customers when they have had issues and he has treated them the exact same way he treats me. He is a true company asset.
