  Insurance Claim Recovery Support is one of the top public insurance adjuster copmanies out there. Scott Friedson is an advocate for the insured and works hard to advocate for the insured's rights; both through legislation advocacy as well as expert knowledge in handling insurance claims from start to finish. Scott was a vocal advocate in opposing the insurance lobby in the State of Texas from stripping the rights of the insured. He really does fight for property owners and to enforce their insurance coverage. When we first contacted Scott for an apartment complex we own, Scott said that our claim was NOT a slam dunk. Scott advised that there was maybe a 50% chance of success. We felt that the facts of our claim were still legitimate and proceeded to retain ICRS' services. After more than a year of negotiating with our carrier, Scott helped us settle with our insurance company for more than 10 times the original offer amount. Our carrier originally low-balled us and their first offer was below our deductible. There were multiple instances of bad faith from the insurance company, and Scott fought for us throughout the entire process.   Insurance Claim Recovery Support settled my claim for top dollar in just 40 days after a hail claim on my apartment complex was flat out denied. I didn't want to sue my insurance company so my insurance agent referred me to "the best public adjuster firm in Texas”. ICRS completely reversed the carrier’s position and I couldn't be happier with the service or results! I highly recommend Scott and his team to any commercial or multifamily owner or operator dealing with an insurance claim.

  Our company suffered severe hail and wind damage to two large apartment complexes in San Antonio, TX. We would have lost out on our insurance claim without the help of ICRS. They helped us identify damage, process our claim and stuck it through with all the way to the end of a several month battle.
