  Great flooring at a reasonable price. They did have to reschedule 3 times because the flooring was not delivered. Once they had the material they arrived promptly and completed the project. The two installers were courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company

  These guys were amazing. They worked hard and got our floors done and looking amazing in under two weeks. We are really happy with the results.

  3 ATTEMPTS AND STILL NOT GOOD... For the money spent I expected an amazing outcome. Unfortunately the experience was horrible and the outcome still isn't satisfactory. Here are the details... we order laminate floors. On the 1st attempt to lay the floor we were left with soft bouncy spots ALL over the place. The solution on the day was to lift boards and glue them down. These floors arent meant to be glue, and it didnt work. When we called the sales guy back in to inspect he told us that usually they would float (lay done cement to smooth the concrete foundation) first but that would have cost us $1000 extra so it wasnt quoted. Trying to win the deal I guess. So the same crew came back a second time to pull up the floors and lay some cement. They didnt tell us they'd be grinding the cement and we ended up with a layer of dust through out the house. There was zero attempt to cover with plastic or to clean up properly afterwards. On top of this they also left us with pencil marks all over the floor, at least one base board not nailed in, and glue smear on our laundry tile floor. AND the floor was STILL bouncy with soft spots everywhere. The 3rd time a different crew came. Very professional, refloated the cement base and re-laid the floor. The outcome is much better - but ... we STILL have soft spots that "slap" when you walk on them. Nothing like the showroom floor BTW which is the outcome we were told to expect. An added unfortunate bonus is that having the base board trim removed 3 times through this debacle has left our newly painted walls scuffed, peeling, and dirty in places. I get it that mistakes happen. PS has attempted to fix this situation for us, and everyone was very friendly. But I am still disappointed with the floor, and also with the fact that no-one from PS called to check in. I feel like I've wasted money and time with PS and I would have expected some form of compensation for the huge waste of our time, and for now being left with a substandard floor. Our experience is not typical Im sure - but I feel obligated to write this review.

  I had PS Flooring install vinyl plank flooring throughout my house and stairs. They also removed my tile floor and carpet before starting their install. They did an absolutely wonderful job and were very professional. I am very impressed with their work and would highly recommend PS Flooring to anyone looking to have a floor installed. PS Flooring’s customer service is also excellent.

  I would recommend PS flooring to anyone! A big Thank You to Cici and Robert they were really helpful. I needed flooring fast for a remodel and they were able to locate it and have it shipped quickly. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely use them again!
