  Provident Real Estate Services is a fantastic real estate services company. John and Susan Bowen, the owners, are both kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and smart, and they are also people of integrity. John is the realtor and Susan is the property manager. I worked with both of them. Susan managed my condominium for 5 years in an excellent manner. She and her team found responsible tenants, who treated my place very well—so well in fact, that when it came time to sell it, we hardly had to do any maintenance, and only minor cleaning. Susan kept me in the loop on all repairs over the years, and on all tenant changes. In the Bay Area, because of the very high rental prices, it is important to find a tenant who can handle the responsibility of consistently paying rent. Susan found qualified people and I never had a payment issue. When I sold my place, I worked with John. His calm demeanor and savvy real estate know-how really served me well in the sale. John spent time with me before the sale getting to know me and he clearly explained his tried-and-true process for garnering buyers. I was EXTREMELY happy with the sale of my condo (it sold quickly and for a great price, thank God!). I would enthusiastically refer family and friends who need a realtor or a property manager they can trust to John and Susan at Provident. I am so grateful for their efforts on my behalf.

  Very thorough, helpful, and professional property managers. Every time I've called in with a question regarding my property, they've happily given me their attention and promptly dealt with any issues. Highly recommended.

  We live in a house that is managed by Provident and they're on top of things all the time. We do recommend them to our friends all the time too.
