  The girl over there seems to be angry all the time . I ordered a shake with extra whey protein and asked her to put the extra in a cup for me. She trashed the rest!

  I have been a regular customer for over a year and I love wake-me-up shake or whatever it is. The shakes are delicious except that they are more carbs (sugar and sweet) than protein. I took a star off only because of their service. The girl working in the front (Asian, only mention to not be mistaken for anyone else) is often rude and not in a good mood. She interrupted me few times when I was trying to explain what I wanted and be like “yeah I know” without letting me finish.

  I did an online order at 8am for pickup and got there around 8:20. Two ladies working didn’t acknowledge me at all. A guy walked in a couple mins later (backpack still on, clearly just clocking in) and immediately stepped up. He made my drink in under 2 minutes, upgraded the size, and actually acknowledged me. Honestly, this would’ve been a 1-star review if not for him, so kudos to that employee. As for the shake (“Wake Me Up”), I couldn’t taste the cold brew at all. For $14, I feel like I could’ve made a better version at home for free. Shoutout again to this man who helped, but I’d rather put that money towards a portable blender or spend a few bucks more at Sunlife or Erewhon.
