  Showed up on time. Wearing masks. Listened to concerns and explained the process. Two inspectors, one was 30 year engineer. One inspector focused on the inside (structure, appliances, hvac, insulation), the other focused on the outside (foundation, finish, plumbing, electrical etc). Both provided very thorough briefings on all inspected systems. Did a physical walkthrough of identified deficiencies. Based on feedback, they seem to be very familiar with building practices and regional peculiarities. Examined the roof with a 4k drone. Explained some structural decisions made by the builder. Gave maintenance tips. Pricing is very reasonable. I felt like I got a lot of expertise for the cost.

  This is a GREAT company. Not only was the price great, but you get two inspectors meticulously evaluating the property. Both gentlemen are quite experienced, knowledgeable of safety and building codes, systems, wiring plumbing etc. They left absolutely no detail off the report. Gladly shared insights with me during the inspection and were quite candid with outcomes and requirements. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing inspections.

  Armstrong Barnes. Bill Barnes is an outstanding individual and the most competent inspector you can find in the U.S. This company will go above and beyound to provide excellent service to its clients. The company's effort saved us from investing in a property that had so many complicated defects that was not visible. Bill employed his drones and committed several hours of visits to the property to uncover the problems. We are so grateful that Bill was the inspector that we contracted to help us. The quality of Bill's work can not be matched by any inspector. Thank you Bill Barnes. We are grateful.
