  My son ruined the screen on my Lenovo Thinkpad pretty bad. Lenovo customer service recommended them to me as a partner repairer/ servicer. Can't speak enough about the service I received, upfront and transparent prices, quick turnaround, and great communication throughout entire process. I was even able to extend warranty on my device through them. Definitely recommend 1000%

  Don't take your Lenovo here for warranty repair. I had to take it back three times to get the screen fixed and then they broke the camera in the process. Now I've moved out of state and no other service center will touch it because they don't want to be held responsible for ProTech's shoddy work. End result: I'm without a laptop for 3 weeks while it gets shipped off to Lenovo to get fixed (or likely replaced given how bad ProTech screwed up)

  Disappointing experience. Multiple calls multiple trips. Apparently, the quality of my equipment did not meet their standards.

  They fixed my desktop computer. Although I really had to look for the 50,000 photos I had on my C drive, they did manage to save them off my corrupted C drive. Of course it was stupid of me to have left them on my C drive in the first place. I certainly recommend them over having a mobile service like Karl's come to your house. That was a waste of money. ProTech's charges were not unreasonable.

  Great people. My laptop was fixed within 2 days (screen hardware issue).
