- TDTOM DILLON4 days ago3.0I had a 12:00 - 3:00 appt on 10/23/2025 for them to give me an estimate to clean and seal the kitchen and bathroom grout. They showed up at 5:00 pm. We agreed on a price and I told them to go ahead with the job. They rushed through the job and did not clean the grout well; saying that it was wet and would look better when dry. It did not. I complained and they came back on 10/28/2025. This time, they showed up at 4:15 pm for an 11:00 - 2:00 appt. The cleaning job was acceptable this time. However, they quit before sealing the grout and wanted to return the next day. I was very frustrated with their poor record of wasting my time and told them to forget returning to seal the grout. I commend them on returning promptly to do it right. But, they are terrible with time management.

They do not try to sell me services I don’t need. The young men who came to clean, Dillon and Dayton, were very respectful, pleasant and conversant - they were well informed to answer questions. They were fast and thorough. Carpet looks and smells much better - highly recommend! E. Bargen

Update: Manager/owner called and said the company wants to make sure we were happy and have a technician scheduled today to come back out and redo areas that are below. Will edit with new rating
