  Gaije Gonzales was professional and polite the entire time he was here. He explained what he was going to do and when he finished he showed us what he had done, complete with pictures. There was no mess left in the area he worked. We felt confident that he performed the job very well!

  Excellent service from Proskill Services. They were on time, professional and they exceeded our expectations. Holdyn walked us through the process and communicated with us throughout the day. He kept the work area clean and the final walk through was appreciated. We are satisfied customers and would recommend them to anyone.

  I am almost Giddy, in writing this review. RARELY, especially these days, are there Companies like this "out there". I was led to ProSkill Services by my AC manufacturer, TRANE, providing options for Warranty Service. I am quite surprised that I never heard of this Company before today, as I had in the past conducted extensive searching for reputable, highly reviewed HVAC services. I cannot fully convey how remarkably impressed with every aspect of my introduction to ProSkill Services. From the Customer Service Representative I first contacted, and even more so with the Technician dispatched, Adam Klein. I will state at this point that I have 2 Honors level college degrees related to Electrical Generation, the education most have utilized to attain employment at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. I had also been employed as a Supervisor at the York International HVAC manufacturing plant in Wichita, Kansas, so I have extensive knowledge related to both. I initially had scheduled an appointment with Parker & Sons for today, but after researching Parker & Sons, I was quite blown away by the number, 2+ dozen, very recent, negative Google reviews. Not only the number of reviews, but the consistency of what the complaints conveyed. To this 2+ decade Supervisory/Management experienced, highly educated person, this spoke highly of a 'culture' at Parker & Sons! I immediately cancelled the appointment with them, and glad I did. Adam Klein, was about as experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and concise as i have EVER encountered a HVAC Tech! I had 100% confidence, trust and understanding of what Adam had explained to me what he believed the issue was related to and even more so his recommendation to address said issue. The cost/charges, were just as impressive/amicable as every other aspect of my initial experience with this FINE COMPANY! This certainly will not be my last, and being someone very active in my HOA of 175 residences, which I have provided Community Services for the last 20 years, they will CERTAINLY be highly recommended to anyone needing, any services ProSkill Services may provide. Doing what I do for others throughout my life I am contacted for recommendations for home services from acquaintances, friends and neighbors, and would be PROUD to recommend ProSkill Services.

  I met with and received proposals from 5 different HVAC companies before selecting ProSkill. Two weeks ago they installed a Trane heat pump unit in our casita, and today they installed a 5 ton and 2 ton variable speed Trane units in our home. Both crews were very professional and did a very clean installation. All mountings, wiring etc is very professional. Crews were very friendly and communicated well.

  I've had the same problem with my dryer vent not operating correctly for 20 years. I've had 3 different service companies come out to look at it and none of them could diagnose or fix the problem. I finally happened upon ProSkill Services. They came out the day after I called them and had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes and totally repaired within a half hour. I was thrilled to get this long-standing problem fixed so quickly and for less than $300, I thought it was going to be much worse. The technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable. It was obvious that they cared about solving my problem and doing a good job, whereas the previous 3 companies couldn't get my money and get out the door fast enough.
