- KMKing MoaOct 3, 20251.0Company is a scam, I move in on a house that had had some details here and there so I was fine with it, then after I moved out I left it almost the same as when I moved in, now they are charging me almost $4,000 move out fee. I heard they were bad but didnt know it was this bad, is a scam, do not do business with them or you will regret it. STAY AWAY! UPDATE: Forgot to mentioned, when something break like the water sprinklers they will charge you, I got a $1000 water bill, I told the repair man that it was not my fault and he AGREED it was broken before I moved in, and they still ignored the problem and told me to call the city and still charged 200dlls on my rent for the guy to fix the sprinkler from previous renter. Again!! STAY AWAY!!!
