  Valerie and staff is amazing, they have taken so much stress and frustration away from me! Working with them has been a blessing! Whenever I call with questions and concerns they always respond back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

  Contacted Valerie Cullipher through an active listing via email, multiple calls and voicemail with no response. I then had to contact her through Weiss Group to get an initial response where she responded for a day and again no reply after sending her multiple times I was available to tour. After weeks of reaching out to her, I texted and asked her to please let me know if the property was no longer available so I could turn my search elsewhere and guess what…. no response. Finally turned to my MIL this morning (who is a real estate agent) to ask about the availability of the property, Valerie responded within 2 minutes to let her know it was leased. I’m not sure why Valerie could not afford me the common decency of letting me know the property was no longer available. Would give her 0 stars if possible, do better.

  Quick responses, friendly staff, and a stress-free renting experience! They always take care of maintenance issues fast, and communication is great. I’ve never had an issue with them. Definitely the best rental experience I’ve had!

  I relocated for work and needed a rental fast. This team made the process effortless! The application was simple, and they addressed all my questions upfront. The unit was spotless and ready for move-in, which was a huge relief.

  I had never rented before and was nervous about dealing with a property management company. But from the first interaction, they made everything clear and simple. The lease terms were easy to understand, and they took the time to answer all my questions. When I moved in, the place was spotless, and they even did a follow-up to make sure I was settling in well. I’ve had a few maintenance requests since living here, and they were all handled quickly. One time, my heater stopped working in the middle of winter, and they had someone out the same day! That level of service is rare. What I love most is that they treat tenants with respect. I’ve rented from places where landlords ignore you, but not here. If you’re looking for a place where you feel valued as a renter, I highly recommend them...
