I have worked with James on two occasions to understand the quality of a metal roof. The first one was his work, installed 13 years ago (2011) and it was in great condition. It was a testament to the quality of his work. The second one was not his install and needed some work to get up to code. In both instances, James was friendly, insightful, and generous in using his time to help me understand what I was looking at and with the second roof, what was necessary to make the roof right. I plan to work with him again when I need help with a roof.
