    I have been working with progress residential for a few yrs now. This yr. I decided to do a home to home transfer in the middle of my transition soo much has happened with correspondence and receiving emails back getting work orders completed when was told it will be along with many other things until one day I receive a follow up up email from a women name LIZ when I tell u she has been nothing but a great deal of help fast response, everything she told me that she would get done she did from the work orders,to contacting the right people, the updates anything that I was looking forward from the other workers when no one would listen she did I just wanna say if your ever wanting to do business with progress residential ask for Liz Cosentino for assistance you definitely won’t be disappointed!!Thank you so much Liz

    I had the pleasure of working with Jackson during my recent move-in, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was punctual, organized, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a typically stressful experience feel seamless. Jackson demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a strong work ethic—qualities that are hard to come by. I highly recommend his assistance to anyone in need of reliable support.

    I have left maybe 3 reviews my whole life so take this for what it is. This company does not care about anyone. We were tenants with progress for a few years. We’re were great tenants, rent was always paid on time, never late. Were took great care of the home, even put about $5000 worth of work in the front yard to make it look better than when we came. Never broken anything, house was always clean and neat (thanks to my wife). In the terms of great tenants we have always tried to mark every box. When we moved out we were going to stay with progress but we just could not find a home closer to work that they owned. After about 2 weeks post move out l, we received our breakdown sheet for our security deposit. They charged us $250 for a cleaning that we had already payed start of lease, mind you the house was left in immaculate shape. We spent 8 hours doing a deep clean the day our lease ended. They charged us $250 for damages (wall paint, scratches etc.) and another $150 to trow away a rack we forgot about in the shower. They don’t even give you the option to fix anything. I will never rent from this company again. If this is how they treat the good tenants I would hate to see how they treat people that are ok tenants. If you want your full security deposit back they I would suggest never renting from this company. Shame on you progress way to be just like every other corporate company.

    Reviewing from the application process to the first week of moving in ! Customer service is great when answering the phones. Umar was extremely professional and nice. Jackson & Adrian were also nice to work with. Now ….. let’s get to the first week of my move in. House is beautiful and it’s been good so far …. Up until the few days Ive been having issues with pest or rodents like lizards, ants and silverfish in the home. All within 5 days …. Am I disappointed YES ! Especially how much I paid to even move in. Smh even after seeing the reviews I wanted to give the company a chance .. I hope they do the right thing and handle this pest problem because paying over $2k a month I shouldn’t have these problems. I will update my review in 30 days. I can’t say anything bad about the company or my home other than what’s mentioned above. I hope this matter gets resolved quickly.

    The entire company is dysfunctional from the corporate office to the technicians. The level of unprofessionalism to the repairs in my house is actually comical. From drilling screws through my fridge liner to keep it attached to the fridge (made the problem worse) to drilling my dishwashers drain line through the PVC drain under my sink, only attached by a light adhesive. I have dealt with them now taking over 2 months to fix my dishwasher and refrigerator with more than 10 unsuccessful visits. I’ve had my A/C out in the summer for weeks waiting to get help from their technicians. Renting with progress is basically an additional part time job in your life. Their corporate office continues to cancel our work orders without sending any help. We have dealt with this 15+ times. My girlfriend and I take turns calling every day at this point to make sure they haven’t cancelled our work orders or put off our repairs for another month. We haven’t been able to buy groceries for 2 months due to our broken fridge, spending hundreds of extra dollars having to eat out because of this. My favorite part of the company is that they refuse to give out any information about their local office. No phone number to call, nobody to come by and look at the house from management. They could care less about you having a habitable home. All you can talk to is call centers or their corporate office in Arizona who could care less about your problems. The only saving grace I’ve experienced is a new technician named Edgar. After showing him the issues with the house today he took the time to prioritize our problems, reschedule his other appointments and take his time to fix things properly. After asking him how can i thank him, he gave me a QR code to write a review of him. That QR code led me to this page, where progress is taking advantage of their good employees work and trying to bank good google reviews off their performance. Typical corporate BS. Progress residential… You are a complete failure of a company and are responsible for contributing to the downfall of our society. Corporations like progress buy thousands and thousands of homes funded by the stock market and cut as many corners as possible to make their investors happy. In the process they are destroying their homes with short term cheap repairs and extraordinarily long response times to maintenance issues and leaving their residents to pay overinflated rates while suffering. Do not get pigeon holed by a lease with this company for the sake of your sanity.
