- LMLilli MarieAug 29, 20255.0Based on reviews, I wasn't the first to be stupid and in turn lose my glasses to the ocean lol With some quick research i chose to contact this place in hopes of a same day pair of glasses. I had my recent prescription not expired on me and a dream 🤣 At first it sounded like it wasn't looking good, but i got lucky and she had some clear lenses in the back she could do! We made it there at 4 , picked a frame and got my PD measured and i had new glasses in barely over an hour for a reasonable price. I'm super thankful and have learned my lesson to listen to my boyfriend next time he says to not waddle into the ocean with them on :p

My mother lost her glasses in the ocean earlier in the day so we decided to try our luck here to see what they would suggest. The doctor was not in and my mother didn’t have access to an up-to-date prescription, so the woman couldn’t actually help us with anything, which we understood. What I didn’t understand, however, was the reason for her immediate condescension and rudeness. She straight away cast judgement, rolled her eyes, and continually interrupted my mother with the nastiest tone. There was no sympathy, no professionalism, nothing but three minutes of tolerating her rolling eyes and interruptions as she explained to us how hopeless our situation was and how foolish we were to even believe anyone would be able to help us. We ended up just walking away completely dejected as she picked up the phone in the middle of us talking to her. What a horrible woman. There is a way to deal with clients whom you cannot assist in a manner that is kind. And this woman has no idea how to do that. Shame on her.
