Called for an estimate, came to the house within 2 days, measured fireplaces, and we discussed options on total price. Paid $130 for the visit, never got an estimate or heard back.

went to find how to repair our gaslog insert and found out the original installation was the wrong type of gas. we could have been killed if we continued to use this. john (the owner) explained that you cannot burn propane through a set made for natural gas. that's the difference between buying a set through an experienced professional or home depot. thank you john!!!!!!!

My Electric Fireplace unit was functional at the time it was placed in the hands of Professional Fireplace for routine maintenance of light bulb replacement. The changing of light bulbs took a month and seven phone calls. When I went to pick it up I insisted that it be turned on and found it dead! I left if for further service. I made a total of 17 calls over a period of three months. The last suggestion was that both motors are now nonfunctional (worked when I dropped the fireplace off) and parts would have to be ordered from Japan! OR I come and pick up a total non-functional unit for which I have paid over three hundred dollars in recommended parts and installations. I have experienced a total loss of confidence in the Owner and question his ability to have made repairs on this unit without creating more problems. Buyer Beware!
