Jose gave me all the info I needed prior to my move and the foreman Gabriel was friendly and made everything on moving day as stress free as possible. Payment details were clear and very affordable!
- EBElena Balshem6 days ago2.0One time I got a great crew. They worked hard, so two stars for that. The time I used them before I had a newborn baby and didn’t have time to supervise. We were moving into a storage unit and the movers took advantage of that. I had large backpacks that were filled with emergency supplies, earthquake supplies and some cash hidden in an inside pocket. The movers emptied the bags out and filled the bags with books to make them look full, they took everything in the bags (all other books were packed in boxes). Of course I didn’t know until after we moved the second time because everything was jam packed in storage. I felt very violated. My Martin guitar was in a hard case and when I opened that, the bottom of the guys was smashed (I assume the guys played it because no one was around). They scratched the top of the dresser. Never wrapped anything around it. I’m sure they felt not responsible since it all went into storage. I told the company. They were very sympathetic on the phone and said they were opening a case. No one ever did anything. Nothing happened. This was 5 years ago and I’m getting ready to move again and decided to post about it.

Iliya was quick with my video tour and estimate, the office sent me paperwork promptly, and Ivan and his team were super efficient and helped make things go smoothly. They figured out a way to get my fridge through a tight doorway and added pads to the legs of my furniture upon move-in as not to scratch the wood floors. Highly recommended!

They wrapped my belongings up expertly and moved and set up everything in my new place without any damage. They were also incredibly fast, and Prodigy was the most affordable quote I found. I highly recommend them!
