  We had our vehicle towed here on Sunday afternoon and promptly connected with Gavin on Monday with a fair price and diagnosis to get us back up and running. Work was completed and vehicle was ready Tuesday. We felt they were fair and honest, so we asked them to complete a whole vehicle check, just in case. They ended up replacing some tire sensors, clearing the lights on our dashboard, and getting ahead of an oil change. Good warranty. Honest company. Fair pricing. Quick response and repair time. 10/10.

  Horrible horrible , rude to me from the moment I walked in this morning and had no intentions of changing his attitude and wore this look on his face of pure disgust. All because they had to communicate with the girl who paid for my tow (the tow truck refused to take my number cause the girl was paying for it and they wanted to communicate with the one with money) they lied about what was wrong with my car, and had me pay for something that wasn’t going to fix it. They told me the timing chain broke and it was going to be $1300 to fix. I paid every bit , and they informed me that since it took two weeks for them to talk to me it will take them two weeks to fix. I then got my money back and towed to a better automotive place that wasn’t racist. They informed me it was my motor!!! Meaning they were going to let me pay knowing good and well my motor was blown. If I could give zero stars I would. If you’re a person of color I would avoid this place entirely, the vibes strong. People struggle and sometimes it takes a min to come up with money. I paid my part and it would’ve screwed me over bad. (Go to Priemer Tires take that extra couple miles and don’t waste your time here!!!)

  Procare is very reasonably priced and they do excellent work! Give them a call and talk to Bill, he is very knowledgeable, respectful and will go out of his way to take care of all your automotive repairs.
