  I highly recommend Proactive Heating & Cooling to anyone in N.E.Oklahoma. Christopher is the nicest business person we've ever dealt with. My job takes me away from home weekly, so getting repairs done often falls on my wife. She is very comfortable in her dealings with Christopher in our home & his honest approach. He explains what's wrong, what will fix it & how much it costs clearly. He shows you the bad parts & the shiny new parts prior to install. He's there when he says he'll be & he always contacts you the next day, to make sure everything is running smoothly & to your satisfaction. If you need affordable, reliable, & honest heat & a/c repairs; call Proactive!!!

  Chris has worked on my A/C for several years.He is very trustworthy and reliable. Very courteous. I would recommend him any and every time.

  A/C had stopped working completely. Called Proactive and even though he was booked for the day he stated he would try to make me the last stop but it may be a little late. They came out and were able to diagnose the problem and get me back up and running. Thing that stood out the most is that even though it was late and I’m sure they had had a full day they never made me feel like they were rushing or didn’t want to be there. Very pleasant and smiled and let me know what they were doing the whole time they were there. You don’t find that kind of customer service and at a fair price often these days so it was appreciated. Will refer them and recommend them to anyone needing work. Thank you for being professionals.
