- KDKatelyn DragoSep 4, 20253.0I'll start off by saying that the people I worked with were wonderful. Kelleigh, Giorgio, Yann and anyone I met on the crew were lovely. Attentive, kind and just nice people overall. The quality of work is where I struggle. Every issue that I noticed prior to paying the final invoice was fixed, but the issues that occurred shouldn't have ever been an issue. Communication left a lot to be desired throughout the project. They did an entire bathroom remodel, gutted to the studs, repainted the entire interior of the home and all new flooring in the home. The bathroom is where the issues occurred. A blue electrical box was placed in the ceiling for an overhead light, even though recessed lighting was installed and the repair job was laughable at first, this was fixed. The ceiling was then repainted over the repair in a different color from the rest of the ceiling, so they had to come back and repaint the entire ceiling. The drywall pulled away from the new shower tile within weeks of install so they had to come back and re-seal that. They never caulked between the floor and the edge of the tub, I did that. They left wires hanging above the bathroom mirror for a vanity light even though a vanity light was never in the plans, recessed lights were installed. When they removed the switch for that vanity light, they damaged the edge of the drywall and you can see the damaged drywall outside of the light switch cover. The shower fixtures (water spout, shower head, temperature handle) we're put on straight, they're all crooked. And to top it all off, they initially walked away with my shop vac. they did return it, about 4 days later. Overall, frustrating and there are still things that just aren't quite right.

The new siding looks very clean, and the roof was done quickly and came out great. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done right. We’re really happy with how the house looks now. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or siding work.

Yann and his crew built our new deck in less than a week just in time for the party. These guys worked long hours to ensure our project got done in time and we couldn’t be more appreciative.
