  Markesh Williams was the technician that serviced our irrigation system. Customer service is important to us and Mr. Williams certainly conveyed an interest in providing us an efficient, friendly appointment. We are very satisfied with ProOutdoor. thanks.

  Tre did a great job! Took care of all of our drip line issues. He even stayed and shut down our system which we weren’t really scheduled for. That saved us another day of waiting around for a different appointment.

  Matt did a good job turning off and blowing out our system. I am disappointed with the cost Pro Outdoor charges for this service. It cost us $318 for the basic service and $190.80 for the backflow test form to be sent to American Water. That is a total cost of $508.80 for the year. There were 15 homes in immediate area serviced by Matt on the same day as ours. We, along with many others, will be checking prices with other companies for next.year.

  The service tech was very nice. The prices are out of control though. $119 just to blow out the lines for the winter! He was literally at my home for 15 minutes. Plus, the text message I received said it would be $100 if i scheduled before Oct. 12th, my appointment was Oct. 9th, but even that is too much for the work performed.
