  Kyle the technician was great. Courteous and thorough. My main issue is that Pro Outdoor can’t give a more definitive time window of service than sometime between 7:15 and 5:00. Seems like an outdated way of doing business. Hard to believe they can’t at least narrow it to a 4 hour window.

  Nathan did an excellent job winterizing our sprinkler system. He was polite, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done correctly. We really appreciated his great attitude and quality of service!

  Our technician James, who’s been in the irrigation business for 24 years was extremely knowledgeable, friendly efficient and went out of his way to make sure everything was adjusted and even made suggestions for modifications after we had some landscaping and remodeling done. Highly recommended.

  Winterization and shutdown for the season. Trey did a great job. He seemed to be very through. He was very personable and communicated well with me. He made sure to show me that he indeed turned off the system on my Hydrawise WiFi. The only thing was that I wish that he would have come to the door to let me that that he was at my home when he arrived. He said that since it was early and the controller was outside he wasn’t sure if he would wake me. I heard him outside so I was able to go out there. Perhaps ProOutdoors should check with the customer prior to calls so as not to put their service reps on that situation.

  I had a loose connection at a sprinkler head. It was causing water to run down the street. Eric Belmar, the repair tech was great. He assessed the problem and fixed it with no problem. He was very professional and kind, he explained the problem, the worked performed and was very patient and courteous to show me the issue. The company has a great communication platform. They tell you when they are on the way and even have a tracking page to show where they are at when they are on the way. A+ for the tech and A+ for the company.
