  My first experience was a gate fix from an improper gate install from another company. The 2nd time was when a tree fell on our fence. Both times they were professional and prompt.

  We had an aluminum fence installed. They sent out a couple of young guys who clearly didn't have any concern for doing the job correctly. Panels were scratched up, parts were left off and screws were left out. After contacting PF and someone coming out to inspect they sent the same guys back out. They sort of addressed some of the issues and hit a couple of spots with spray paint and disappeared. Sent a text to Drew asking for someone to meet with me about the issues I had remaining and never heard another word... I guess it's hit or miss with these guys. Unfortunately I got the miss.

  Just had a fence installed and I’m really impressed! The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. The fence looks great and exactly what I wanted.They did a great job from start to finish. Highly recommend!
