Estimate given and Ken clearly explained the process which didn't saturate the rugs but thoroughly cleaned them. Bonded and insured, he's very detail oriented and will explain any nasty spots. His many years of experience assured me that the carpets would look great. He's not inexpensive, but we'll worth the cost.
