Be wary of this company as they make lots of promises for top quality team and that was not the experience at all. Also, they seem to always want to replace items and then use the third party excuse as to why not installed or serviced properly. Lots of better options out there.

The pool looks and operates like it's brand new and it's so much easier to maintain. Dylan and Lex who managed the project from Pristine were very attentive to communicating with me, sent me pictures every step of the way, and demonstrated overall care for us as a family, doing everything they could to get us swimming as soon as possible. We're very happy with our pool!

What types of pools do you build?
We offer three different types of pools. We build shotcrete, fiberglass, and vinyl liner pools.
Do you handle pool permits?
Yes, we take care of any necessary permits and inspections for both residential and commercial pool projects.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Harbor Country, MI; Berrien County, MI; Michigan City, IN; and Long Beach, IN areas.
Can you help with pool design?
We certainly can. For concrete pools, we offer custom pool design services to suit your choices. We can add landscaping elements and build a full picture of how your backyard will look with a pool installed. For fiberglass installations, the layout of the pool is prefabricated, but we can still provide site plans to help you visualize how the pool will fit in your space, to make the best decision.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
Please view our photo galleries to see examples of our installations. We can also show you installations in person to help you decide on sizes/styles/colors.
How much does an inground pool cost?
There are lots of variables that impact the cost of the pool. We can work with you to find a solution that fits your budget. Our proposals include very detailed information so you know exactly what you are getting when we build your pool.
Do you offer financing?
Inground swimming pools are a substantial investment, which is why we’ve partnered with reputable financing companies, HFS Financial and Lyon Financial, to provide flexible payment plans. We’ll go over the available options during your initial consultation.
What should I expect during the construction process?
Knowing that many of our installations are for 2nd homes and not primary residences, we pride ourselves on thorough and detailed communication throughout the project. We provide progress photos on a nearly daily basis to help you feel comfortable and remain informed throughout the process.
Do you install above ground pools?
No, we do not. But we may be able to refer you to a reputable company who does.
Do you provide weekly pool and/or spa maintenance services?
