My 35 year old marble King Tut statue broke at the (very skinny) neck and the head is very heavy. I didn’t have high hopes for a successful reattachment but they did a beautiful job, you can’t even see the surgery, he is as good as new! Very happy!

I had a diploma that had been partially damaged by water that I needed to frame. ART was recommended to me by a local framing service. I called ART and immediately made an appointment. The ART representative inspected the diploma and suggested a course of action to repair it. ART restored my diploma to a state where it was not possible to see that it had once been water-damaged. Very happy with their services.

At the very end of January of 2020, we sustained major water damage to our home while we were out of town. ERS of North & Central Chicagoland was called in by the mitigators to remove from our house all of our electronics and every appliance - large and small - and provide the needed cleaning, sanitizing, repair and storage until the house was restored. Needless to say, having never dealt with anything of this magnitude in our house before, we were overwhelmed with all the decisions we were asked to make in a very short amount of time – all while we were out of town and as travel home was becoming more and more inadvisable because of COVID – 19. Jeff Liebert, the owner of ERS, more than any other person we had to deal with immediately after we were notified what had happened to our home - and through the many months ahead - was beyond patient, informative and sensitive to our needs and concerns. When initially our insurance company denied our claim for any reimbursement of anything, Jeff took an enormous amount of time with us, giving us honest information about the condition of each appliance and electronic, so we could make decisions about what we could afford to pay for and what we would have to let go. Thankfully, when our insurance reversed their decision and accepted our claim, Jeff again gave us his time to reassess everything. His calm, understanding approach to every decision we had to make – and his expertise - helped us beyond measure. And when at last, all could be returned, we were more than satisfied with the results: Everything looked like new, inside and out! We couldn’t be more satisfied with all that was done and we will be ever grateful to Jeff (and his staff) for their marvelous, professional work and for shepherding us so patiently, so kindly, through this difficult chapter in our lives. Wow, I couldn’t have been happier with the photo restoration job they did. I had a 1943 newspaper photo of my father that was glued to a piece of wood and was rapidly disintegrating. ART was able to somehow make a copy of it which is much more clear and legible and will last many more years. I now have it framed and under glass (and not glued to a piece of wood). I’m HAPPY!!!!!
