I HIGHLY recommend Princess Limos for weddings and/or night out on the town! We first used them in 2021 (just as COVID finally broke), for our daughter's wedding. We rented the party limo as she had a large wedding party, and we couldn't have been happier. There was plenty of room for all the girls, their gowns, flowers, and extras! Plus as parents of the bride, grandmother, aunt and uncle, we all were in the limo as well! It was a wonderful experience, especially after just coming out of COVID.
Most recently (April, 2025), I rented the same party limo for our 65th birthday celebrations. Again, the experience was just as good, if not better, than our first one in 2021. The limo driver (it was a woman, and I just can't remember her name) accomodated all of our requests, and even put up with a bunch of "teenage" adults! We bought Chinese food appetizers and all kinds of snacks and drinks in the limo, and it was awesome. We stopped at a venue to hear a friend of ours band play. But the most fun was the ride to/from the venue! We were all teenagers again for one night.
Looking forward to doing another night on the town with Princess, and this time, we all agreed we just want to drive around for 6 hours as we had our favorite music playing, had plenty of food and drinks and lots of laughter!

We rented a party bus for a surprise 60th birthday party. It was a perfect way to guests to celebrate and enjoy the time together on our way to and from the restaurant. The bus arrived on time, very clean, and the driver was great. I would highly recommend this company.

How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?
Your driver, dressed in professional attire, will be present with a sign displaying your name. If you have difficulty locating your driver, please call the office number provided on your contract. Our dispatch team will connect you directly with your assigned driver to facilitate the meeting.
What sorts of vehicles may I expect?
Our fleet consists of modern vehicles including sedans, SUVs, limousines, and limo buses. Sedans and SUVs accommodate 2-6 passengers comfortably, with varying cargo capacities. Stretch limousines are available for 8-20 passengers. For airport pickups, our luxury passenger vans can transport up to 12 passengers along with their luggage.
What is your credit card processing procedure?
When making a reservation, we require a security deposit to confirm your vehicle and date. This is typically half of the quoted rate, or full payment if booking within two weeks of the service date. For bookings more than two weeks in advance, the final charge will be processed two weeks before your scheduled event.
What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation, "No Show"?
Full charges apply for no-shows. To avoid this, please call our toll-free number if you're running late so we can contact your driver. Additionally, inform us via phone or email if your plans or flight details change.
If I need to cancel a pick up, what should I do?
For airport services, changes or cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the reservation to accommodate flight changes. For hourly services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the service time to avoid charges. Please provide your confirmation number when cancelling, and notify us either by email or phone within the specified timeframe.
Do I pay 20% tip upon booking reservation or to the driver on day of event?
The choice is yours regarding when to pay the gratuity. Some clients prefer to include it with the reservation payment, while others choose to tip the driver directly after receiving service. Both methods are acceptable. Rest assured, our chauffeurs strive to provide exceptional service regardless of when the tip is given.
Where can I find your hourly rates?
Our rates vary depending on the type of vehicle and service required. Charges begin at your initial pickup location. We do not charge for travel time to your first pickup or return to our base after service completion. For detailed rate information, please contact our office.
Are we responsible to pay for parking fees, Venue parking lot fees, tolls, etc?
Yes, clients are responsible for all parking fees, venue parking charges, tolls, and similar expenses incurred during the service. These costs are in addition to the base service fee and are determined by the destinations chosen by the client.
How far in advance do you book your vehicles for airports/corporate, night-outs, weddings and/or proms?
Booking times vary by service type. Airport and corporate bookings are typically made from same-day to several weeks ahead. Night-out reservations are usually booked 1-4 weeks in advance. Wedding bookings are often made 6-12 months prior, while prom reservations are typically 3-6 months in advance. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred vehicle.
Do you supply alcoholic beverages in vehicles if requested?
Due to liability concerns, we do not provide alcoholic beverages. However, passengers of legal drinking age may bring their own alcohol. You're welcome to drop off beverages at our facility, and we'll place them in the vehicle coolers along with complimentary spring water and ice.
