  I ordered my catering meal at about 10:30am. Yesterday for pick up at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:30 my order was not ready.they told me I would have to wait for my coleslaw and Mozzarella balls for 5 mins. 20 mins later they still did not have my order complete. I cancelled the Mozzarella balls and was told I would get a credit. Which as of now I still do not have on my CC acct. When I got home we realized there was no tomatoes or lettuce. For any of the sandwiches. Really disappointing and the hoagies were just plain bad no lettuce, tomatoes and a woefully inadequate amount of meat. I need my credit, for the Mozzarella balls and it will be a long time before I return to Primo’s in Ardmore

  Great customer service but a 17$ chicken cutlet should not be that color or texture… price point and quality do not align

  Excellent place the food was amazing and the service was even more amazing atmosphere was chill and really beautiful,the food quality in my opinion I would rate the best judging by other places this one is the best so far i would recommend this place to everyone for a good meel and cheap price the best in town

  The staff were super friendly and fast—I got my food in under five minutes. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a nice vibe for a quick meal.
