- JWJohn WestApr 7, 20243.0Not a great system. The bottle return doesn't issue coupons for the returns the way it supposed to. Fortunately, the cashiers in the store don't give you a hard time about the returns. Also Kroger hasn't put the Primo bottles in the self checkout system so you have to get the chashier to check you out. Finally, the users of the Primo bottle service apparently aren't the brightest bulbs in the pack and have put their returns up on the rack where the full bottles are supposed to go. I was able to find the four bottles I purchased but I had to dig for them.
