- GGGPPAug 30, 20231.0Worst ordering experience ever. Absolute deplorable service. We left Lipsey because of lack of communication and worsening service and gave this company a try. What a mistake. After six months of them not picking up bottles of water that I did not order, call after call, they sent my account to collections. Finally, seven months later it's being removed from collections because I told them they will never get any payment from my company because I don't pay for something I did not order or consume. They even tried to charge me for one bottle that broke during the hard freeze in December. It was water I did not order and they failed to pick up in the first place. We called no less than 10 times for them to come pick up all these bottles and they are literally still sitting out there - drive by and take a look! Stay away. But your water at a big box company.
