    Called primo water today, after their equipment malfunctioned. Water leaked all over my floors overnight. Spoke with Maja in customer service. I told her that I am very concerned that my floors may be damaged, and that I wanted it on record today that I notified them of an issue. She offered to credit me for a month since I can't use the device. Unbelievable!! It goes without saying that that they shouldn't charge me if their water cooler isn't working. She assured me that she would leave a note in the system that I reported this issue, and for me to call back if my floors are damaged. I asked her if primo takes responsibility if property is damaged as a result of their product malfunctioning. She said yes, but refused to put it in writing for me. She says they are not able to send emails. My concern was that if I called back, Primo would claim they know nothing about my complaint and my concern that my floors may be damaged. When I asked her to tell me exactly what she was noting in their system, she hung up on me. I find it interesting that at the beginning of the call she made sure she had my number so that she could call me back if we got disconnected. Surprise surprise she didn't call me back. That's why I know you hung up on me Maja. If Maja is an example of the type of employees you have at Primo, you really don't care about customer service.
