- KJKing JackJul 10, 20251.0I canceled 2 months ago and not only do they NEVER answer the phone, my phone number is no longer registered because I canceled but they are happy to continue charging my account. ANSWER the phone or STOP charging me and I'll take this review down. I call EVERY DAY and am just left on hold. I've never dealt with a more unresponsive company.
