- RGRick GipsonSep 20, 20231.0Want to exchange bottles not refill and have a loose caps in Jefferson City, Mo. The closest so far is Camdenton 40 minutes away. Display had no water and water all over floor from dispenser. Walmart on stadium drive. Found 1 bottle at Sam's club. Gonna sell me a hot cold dispenser but not able to get water..... Sucks. Update: Lowes in Jefferson City sells sealed bottles of water.
