they have the worst customer service. they never show up on time dir delivery.
Cancel delivery and pickup frequently. No communication.
Since Ready Refresh and Primo became one, we have not been receiving our delivery . Before this, our used containers were not getting picked up as agreed to. My company has called and emailed various times. There have been no responses to our emails. Every time we call, we are told that this will be fixed and our delivery will be finished the next day. Even recently, I was informed that there was some type of glitch on the backend of the delivery system causing this, and it would be fixed and delivered the next day. It was not. It has been weeks now, and we are more and more disappointed every day, not only because of the lack of deliveries but because of all of the broken expectations and promises.

This company is the worse ! I’ve been with them for a few years , but since they changed to primo I have not received my delivery and they keep altering my delivery date. And costumer service is never available and do nothing to help you!

This company has not delivered since the change from ready fresh to primo, I have contacted them multiple times and had multiple delivery dates that no one ever showed. As I write this review there has been 5 failed water deliveries. I live in a condo, and I can’t leave the empty bottles outside my condo without complaints. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had, they have now stopped emailing updates.
