Crystal Springs has grown in both products and states offering home and office deliveries as well as water purification service and retail options through refill and exchange. Even though our service area has grown to cover over 10 states, and we deliver more than just water, our goal remains the same, it is to provide quick, easy, and affordable services and we strive to deliver on it every day.

    Are you surprised to receive YET ANOTHER 1 Star review? LOOK at all of them!!! When will you take a hint? Speaking of "when" ... When do you plant on servicing my address again? Ever? Never? Why can't I delete the reoccurring order? The site prohibits it!!! I have empty bottles everywhere and you never have what I ask for in stock. When I empty the last 2 bottles and finish this water.... you are finished as well. Why do all your bottles leak water on my floors? My delivery guy is nice but that's the only good thing I have to say about your company. Just give up already. No need to respond - if you cared, you would have changed your ways LONG before you received so many 1 star reviews.

    I wished I would have looked at these reviews before doing business with Primo. This company is a scam. I signed up 6-8 months ago and at first the billing was correct . Now it’s wrong after every delivery. I paid deposits on every bottle up front with the water cost which was 15$ . First few months I was charged correctly for the water and a delivery fee . Now the last few months after reviewing my statements I see that they have been charging me deposits for every bottle they pick up usually 12-20 . So instead of 8.99 for the water and a delivery fee of 14$ they are charging me the 8.99 & a bottle deposit on every bottle they pick up every delivery . I can’t get anyone in AMERICA on the phone or anyone that COMPREHENDS and speaks good English to fix this . Dishonesty is BAD business in my book. This is my First BAD review I have ever done by the way!

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Pamphlet that came with cooler says clean occasionally. Website says clean ever three months. Model# 601383 is what I bought at Lowes, but is NOWHERE on the Primo or water.com website. No instructions on how to get in to the dispenser to clean it. This company SUCKS!

    Lack of communications. Had my delivery date skipped for three months. Cancelled service and Now waiting just about a month for them to pick up the old equipment. Every pickup date comes and goes.

    HORRIBLE. Missed deliveries, no one to talk with, poor business practices. We have had three missed deliveries, since July. I have 12 employees and we need WATER!!! Long time customer, but they keep saying they are having migration issues with whomever they bought out.
