  I waited on hold for over 55 minutes to make an order. The 1st operator told me they had call back and I wouldn't have to wait on hold. Wrong! I had to listen to their highly repetitive message repeat itself every minute. Very agrovating. It was for a work account so the onliine ordering function was not an option.

  POOR WATER DELIVERY SERVICE, NOT DELIVERING ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE. EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GIVING YOU EXACT INFORMATION. THERE IS NO SERVICE AREA PERSON WHOM YOU CAN COMPLAINT. WE ARE OUT OF WATER FROM LAST 3-4 WEEKS **** DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT WATER****
