    Horrible, horrible delivery service. Ready refresh recently partnered with primo brands and the service still remains the same. Started service back in November 2024 and from the beginning they delivered the incorrect brand and still continued to do so. Yes they offered free delivery service to have the correct ones delivered the following week because they can never schedule a delivery the same day and they also let you keep the incorrect brand and dispose of it how you want and say they will pick up those incorrect empty bottles on your next delivery day. Lies. You can forget about customer service helping you because they are just a person in front of a computer and are only there to make you feel like someone will help. You can also forget about telling the representative that you have a certain amount of emptied bottles to be picked up because they will only pick up the amount that is being dropped off. So there’s no notes in the system or special requests that they write. It’s all lies. Tried to give them many chances but at this point just fed up. We will be going with another delivery service.

    On several occasions they did not show up at all, I even gave them $100 so that there would be extra cash on my account,just in case it was an issue of paying for the service, and delivery,but still lagging, they send an email saying we're on our way then they don't show up, they said they're going to show up on the 23rd and they changed it ,sent me an email saying the 25th then on the 25th when I called to find out where they were they said oh we can't make it until the next Friday? I want my money back! If I pay for a service I should get the service and if the service is not rendered I should get a full refund. I'm highly dissatisfied.

    Had great service for years from Deep Rock and now that "Readyrefresh" has bought them out I am experiencing missed deliveries, bad service, and cannot get my account straightened out even though I have called multiple times. Call centers have moved overseas and service stinks!! Over an hour to get a real person on the line. Update, finally got my delivery and account straightened out after two weeks. Hope things improve.

    I have tried canceling my account and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone to do so. I get transferred only to be cut off and sent to a survey. I do not recommend signing up for delivery!

    My past two weeks of deliveries have been rescheduled since they have merged with primo. I have called it just hangs up. The chat has no agents available. Ready refresh was great but since the merger with primo. I have had nothing but issues.
