Customer Review for Primo Water Service – Delivery by Roy Daniel
I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience deserves recognition. My household has had an ongoing struggle with ReadyRefresh, multiple billing issues, long gaps without water delivery (sometimes up to three months), and accumulating empty bottles with little to no resolution from customer service. While we were occasionally compensated, the service itself was inconsistent and frustrating to the point where I was ready to cancel altogether.
Then came Roy Daniel, a delivery driver from Primo Water Service. Although he was just filling in for our route, he completely transformed my perspective of the company. Not only did he deliver our water, he delivered the correct water we ordered, in the proper quantity, and with professionalism that exceeded every expectation. For the first time in a long while, we actually received what we were being charged for.
What impressed me most was not just his efficiency, but his character. Without me even explaining our past issues, Roy took it upon himself to acknowledge the challenges, extend a sincere apology, and reassure me through both his words and actions. His demeanor was respectful, genuine, and caring qualities that are increasingly rare in today’s fast-paced service industry.
I later learned that Roy has worked with the company for about 20 years, and it shows. His pride in his work and his commitment to customers are undeniable. In fact, I told my husband that before Roy’s visit, I was ready to cancel our service completely but after this encounter, I feel renewed confidence in Primo. In my opinion, Roy represents the very best of what Primo can be.
On top of the challenges of delivering to a military base something I know isn’t always easy for drivers, Roy still went above and beyond. His professionalism, empathy, and excellence turned a very negative experience into one of the most positive service encounters I’ve ever had, not only with ReadyRefresh or Primo, but with any company.
There truly should be recognition for employees like Roy Daniel. He is not only deserving of a five-star rating but well beyond that. People like him are rare, and his standard of service should be the model for the entire industry. If Primo is known for quality, it is because of dedicated professionals like Roy who put real care into their work.
