    Primo it sucks we keep Calling to have delivery but it take one month now no delivery happens. I Don know how the management handle their customers and their sales, well is not my business.

    I am astonished this company is allowed to stay in business - avoid it at all costs. They have been rescheduling my deliveries for two months, moving it by a day each and every day, and haven't yet delivered a single bottle. Customer service is useless and keeps offering excuses and discount codes which get removed the next time the delivery is moved. Don't trust the replies they give on here, either - they say to contact them, and then just repeat the process above. Shameful.

    I've been trying to get them to deliver since they consolidated with Alhambra- our last delivery was 4/21. They also won't waive a late fee, even though they're 2 months late. Long phone wait times for customer service, and I've been assured multiple times that we're getting a delivery 'tomorrow'.

    Horrible service. Since Primo and readyrefresh are merging, it's totally nightmare. 1. normally our recurring delivery (cases of 24 bottled water) costs about $70. In May it costs $200. They sent us different brand. How come one case of 24 bottles water costs $20!!! 2. We skipped delivery for June. But still got charged by $200. 3. endless waiting when call the phone number. And they hang up the phone or redirect to another team and endless waiting again.

    Horrible water delivery service! They merged with Ready Refresh at least 3-4 months ago and keep using that excuse (when you call in), as to why they consistently cancel and reschedule deliveries. The service was already very bad when it was Ready Refresh but it’s absolutely horrible now; I’d give 0 stars if I could. My delivery that was to come on Wednesday, June 18th, has been rescheduled 5 times! I have called in everyday to get an explanation (on hold for at least 40 minutes) and there is no way to directly contact the branch that’s tampering with people’s deliveries. You’re stuck trying to make progress with a third party company…I have had to go buy water everyday because my delivery just keeps getting pushed back day by day (that’s more plastic I’m accumulating and more money since we’re still being charged for Primo’s services! *This isn't the first time this has happened, it’s happened at least four times (even before the merger). So this isn’t really about “the merger”; this is about horrible service. One time the delivery driver took my empty jugs off my porch (upstairs), then delivered the new jugs (full of water) to my neighbor’s house. I had to carry three jugs from my neighbor’s house and up my stairs despite having very clear direction and not to mention he took the empty jugs away so common sense would be to put the full ones where those were taken from. I can’t state this enough—HORRIBLE freaking service!
