    Absolutely terrible service They constantly change delivery dates, so you never receive your order on time. Last time, they even changed the number of bottles in my order and charged $35 for just two! Customer service is impossible to reach — no response and no accountability. Very disappointing experience.

    Let me tell you! I work for a nonprofit that helps abused kids and my job is to stand outside collecting funds for the nonprofit. Well on this hot day sweating, I had readyrefresh truck park near me and Chris and Jose were SUPER sweet and offered me some water. They were amazing and made sure I was taking care off. I was just a bystander BUT their customer service is impeccable, if they are super sweet and kind and generous to someone who isn’t using their service , I can only imagine how they treat their clients. Needless to say, I may just sign up now for my business with readyrefresh! Shout out to Chris and Jose.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND Primo delivery service. They charged me a $20 late fee but I’m on auto pay??!! The water is never delivered on the scheduled day. I’ve only been a customer since June but Primo missed 2 deliveries and sent me “delivery complete” text messages. I live in an apartment so I must be home to receive my deliveries. The items are the same every month but I never get all my items. Today, Monday, at 2:15 pm, I am waiting for the 4th full day for Primo to pick up my dispenser. Last Wednesday and Thursday, I was supposed to get delivery but no one showed up. After me being charged for no delivery and waiting 2 full days, I cancelled my service. Primo was supposed to pick up dispenser Friday and changed pick up to Monday after not arriving Friday. It’s now 2:30 pm and still no pick up.

    This place is a SCAM. They have charged us for over a year on 2 separate accounts that were cancelled over a year ago. We have called and spoke with someone over seas multiple times, they leave you on the phone for 15 minutes and say they have cancelled the accounts and are sending a refund. And they never do. Don't do business here.

    Horrible - don't use them. They've held onto $330.00 of my bottle deposit for 3 MONTHS that they haven't refunded back to me since I cancelled my service in June ‘25 (it's now September) - I call them every week & they say 'it's being processed and should hit your account next week' & it never does. They won't transfer you to a supervisor as well or they will place you on hold for so long intentionally hoping you will hang up (one time I waited 1 hour just to see). BlueTriton Brands (the company who merged with Primo Brands in 2025) is a SCAM, they are literally stealing customer’s money. Even before the merge, delivery would have issues but it’s on a whole other level with BlueTriton merge which is why I ended up cancelling. Save yourself the headache (and $$) & don't join with them ever.
