I'm done with this trash company, they pick up the dispenser for return and now telling me they never get it back. And keep charging me for the rental fee of the dispenser. 5 years customer and I'm done with this trash company today.

I reside in San Diego, CA. I would give them zero if I could. I have had over 10 canceled deliveries as well as messages saying I cancelled the delivery when I didn't.
I called Primo customer service many times and they seemed inept and clueless.
I called today and spoke with a rep, January and her supervisor Juan. The rep put in an order for 9/10/25 after this recent one was cancelled by the delivery company.
I told them putting in the orders is not the issue. Delivering the orders is the problem. They advised that Primo is fully aware of how poorly the delivery service is in the area and are "escalating the issue internally", which I highly doubt.
I advised the her and the supervisor "they need to employ another contractor locally and get rid of this one. By the reviews I have read, it is not getting any better. Primo is on the verge of losing all their San Deigo clients. So, they better do something about it if they want to keep this market."
I have been through some mergers and have never seen one so poorly done. This company must be going under. That is all I can conclude.
I ask the rep, what is going to happen when I don't get my water on 9/10. Her response was "they have to delivery it".
I replied "what part of the problem with this delivery vendor don't you understand". That is the whole issue. They are not delivery the water regardless of who put it in.”

Since this company took over for our Costco sparklets account, we have been massively overcharged. It is impossible to get any help through customer service. We have called multiple times and gotten dropped every time. I would recommend to stay away.
