If I could give one star I would. Now let me make this clear this complaint is against ReadyRefresh Primo water delivery services. I signed up for it in Sam’s Club in Gaithersburg Md. The Man that helped me name was Raul. I was charged $42 and never once did I receive water, they were suppose to come 9/12 but kept rescheduling it and gaslighting me to believe it was coming that day all for it to not show up at all. This went on until the 3rd time they tried and I requested a refund. They claimed at first I was never charged but I have records I was charged that day in Sam’s Club. Never received a refund and they are giving me the run around. This company is clearly a scam. I went with another water company and it was delivered the next day! I will report this everywhere because this is not okay. My mother has a condition where she needs water! This was extremely horrible to go through and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have yet to even get my money back and never had any water delivered.

Since they took over Crystal Springs, our delivery has been rescheduled 17 times in less than 2 months . No explanation. Unable to contact customer service as they always experience “higher than normal call volumes.” They respond to email inquiries after over a week (when it says within 48 hours) and don’t provide any actual answers. Now they are a monopoly, so no other delivery options. We left them for Crystal springs years ago and now we are forced back to them but so disappointed.

Terrible customer service has gotten even worse since the merger. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!
